“Belle de Jour is a study in contrasts: a very luminous floral that is salty, sexy and dirty.” - Antoine Lie (Perfumer)
Finalist for Best Independent Niche Perfume of the Year by The Art & Olfaction Awards in 2016, held in Berlin in 2017.

ERIS PARFUMS was launched in 2016 by vintage perfume lover Barbara Herman. Her years of collecting and researching vintage perfume took her on a journey that started with her blog, Yesterday’s Perfume, which turned into a book, Scent and Subversion: Decoding a Century of Provocative Perfume.
After interviewing Master Perfumer Antoine Lie for Scent and Subversion, Barbara asked him to help her create a collection of fragrances as bold as her favorite vintage perfumes but for a modern audience.
ERIS seeks to bring to modern niche perfumery the uncompromising quality, boldness, and creativity Barbara encountered in the best of vintage perfume.
Named after ERIS, the Greek goddess of troublemaking and disruption, ERIS PARFUMS is inspired by muses — divine, human, and fragrant — that exemplify unconventional beauty and subversive glamour.
